Recipe of the Session- Condensed Milk Cake

Condensed Milk Cake

Ingredients:

  • Butter – 50g
  • Eggs – 2
  • Condensed milk – 200g
  • All-purpose flour – 1 cup
  • Baking powder – ½ tbsp
  • Milk – ¼ cup 

Ready in 25-30 mins

Serves people 4-6

Preparation:

  1. First grease a cake tin with a little bit of butter then set aside for later
  2. Preheat your oven to 180℃
  3. To begin preparing the batter,  put 50g of butter into a mixing bowl then use your hand mixer to mix it together
  4. Then crack 2 eggs make sure not to get any shells in the bowl,  and mix it again 
  5. Now add the condensed milk and normal milk in the same bowl 
  6. Add the 1 cup of all-purpose flour and  the ½ tbsp baking powder and mix
  7. Finally, put the cake into the oven for 25 – 30mins
  8. Optional: add toppings of choice 
  9. Enjoy 

Tips:

To make sure it’s fully cooked Take a toothpick and poke the cake, if it comes out with nothing stuck to it, it’s ready!
