Condensed Milk Cake
Ingredients:
- Butter – 50g
- Eggs – 2
- Condensed milk – 200g
- All-purpose flour – 1 cup
- Baking powder – ½ tbsp
- Milk – ¼ cup
Ready in 25-30 mins
Serves people 4-6
Preparation:
- First grease a cake tin with a little bit of butter then set aside for later
- Preheat your oven to 180℃
- To begin preparing the batter, put 50g of butter into a mixing bowl then use your hand mixer to mix it together
- Then crack 2 eggs make sure not to get any shells in the bowl, and mix it again
- Now add the condensed milk and normal milk in the same bowl
- Add the 1 cup of all-purpose flour and the ½ tbsp baking powder and mix
- Finally, put the cake into the oven for 25 – 30mins
- Optional: add toppings of choice
- Enjoy
Tips:
To make sure it’s fully cooked Take a toothpick and poke the cake, if it comes out with nothing stuck to it, it’s ready!
