Primary Health Week

LOTS OF PRIMARY STUDENTS CAUGHT BEING HEALTHY!

During Health week, we try to promote a healthy lifestyle and encourage everyone to be more concerned about their health. To maintain a healthy lifestyle, we know we have to exercise and stay fit. So during Health Week, many activities to participate in are organised to help us achieve this goal.

Students and teachers alike try to stay healthy by taking part in these activities; almost everyone takes part. In break times, there are healthy foods you can buy, such as salads, a variety of healthy sandwiches and Gelato from Frost (as opposed to regular ice cream).

Also, during Heath week, we should try to adapt to a few healthy habits. We mainly focus on exercise and diet during health week. And although we all know it is for our health, we cannot help but enjoy. After all, only a few minutes of exercise can do a lot. Diet and exercise are the main things that will help you be healthy, but there is more to this. We try to help people to maintain their body. We try not to spend too much time on electronic devices and go outside instead and do some workouts or even just play in parks.
