What is health and fitness day?

It’s a day where all of secondary participate in various activities such as Zumba, Golf, kickboxing, CrossFit and much more.
The P.E department controls how the day goes and Ms Dixon makes a big contribution to fitness Thursday.

Why do we have fitness Thursday?

We have it to show the students of NES the importance of health and fitness. Why is it important you may ask? Well, to have a healthy lifestyle we must exercise at least 30 minutes a day. Now, this is where health and fitness day comes in.
Part of being healthy is to eat healthy. So on Health and Fitness day, the school sells a variety of healthy foods like sandwiches, corn, water, salad, and fruit juice.

In conclusion, health and fitness day is a fun and healthy day in which I think all students should participate in.
