Reverse on Dragon Island Tourism Ban

Looks like you can still see these beautiful creatures after all

Have you ever wanted to see a giant lizard? The Komodo Island has been a famous island in Indonesia ever since it was opened for tourists. This island is home to the komodo dragon, a vulnerable species according to the encyclopedia of life.

These beautiful creatures, however, aren’t actually related to dragons, but to lizards. They have been here for approximately four million years. Many tourists have gone to the Komodo Island to witness the amazing Komodo Dragons but due to their being such a vulnerable species, Indonesia respectfully decided to close the island for tourism in order to protect the Komodo Dragons. However, on the 2nd of October 2019, Indonesia cancelled the Komodo Island tourism ban and introduced a new system that would limit the number of visitors on the Komodo Island so the Komodo Dragons can be protected.

A two tier membership system will be integrated. Only people with a premium membership will be able to go on the main Komodo Island and those with the other membership will be moved to another nearby island.

If you are interested in and intrigued by such species, invest in a membership while you still can!
