Why do kids get addicted to phones?

They are getting addicted to phones because they do not have control over doing, taking, or using something to the point where it could be harmful to them. For example, spending a lot on your phone or an iPad or any device, hurts your brain when you are scrolling through any app. You always have to switch hands to scroll every time. Plus, it gives you a migraine, and you complain to your family members that your head hurts, they ALWAYS say “You’re always on the device and take a break!’’.

Tech devices make you mean to family members and negatively impact your day-to-day life when you use your electronics. You suffer when you’re not using it, and you go crazy. You need to focus and try to use less technology. When you are not using your electronics, set a goal for yourself and try to be calmer with your family.
