my heart it beats fast and very deep.
Emotions sweep from
the depths of me.
It pours out so easily,
like a flood a wave breaks the
dam and I am forced to
release the passion that
swells within me.

This poem explains the behaviour of how us humans love talking about our passion and the poet reflects upon this in the sentence that “it pours out so easily”. This sentence states the importance of our passion and our love for it. Your passion really shows your character and the whole point of being passionate about something is just showing others the type of person we are and the character and behavioural patterns we follow. “My heart beats fast and very deep” this sentence reflects and shows the readers the excitement to express our love for the time we take the most out of doing something we love doing. This immovable loveable force in nature makes us who we truly are.
N0w I want to reflect upon this poem because I am a student in year 9 and I need to pick my subjects for year 10. I realised that I have a passion for many different subjects and things and I want to tell others also to do what they love and do what they think is right because you are the one that makes the critical and important decisions in life and in the future. Do what you love and reflect upon those activities in your life and I hope this helps you.
