Have you visited the Habitat Museum? If not then you should. It is a world full of nature where you get to know more about Kuwait and its habitat. Do you know what the national flower of
Kuwait? It’s Arfaj. It is one of the most fun and educational museum I have ever visited and trust me, it’s not boring. The gardens around the museum are so beautiful and breathtaking. A picture frame is used to see the camels but when you look without it, you see bits of recycled items, which I think is very creative and interesting. Do you know how much time does it take for plastic to decompose? More than 1000 years. Different types of plants from various countries are shown and of course the national flower, Arfaj. Models of animals and plants are on display which shows how animals and plants survive in forests, deserts etc. I have learnt many important facts but I would like to point out one of the shocking ones which is “Every 2 minutes,10 birds are killed”.
I would highly recommend all of you to visit The Habitat Museum. It is a good opportunity to increase your knowledge ( and if I may add, counts for your LEAP award) wink, wink.
