Ingredients
- 2 boxes of Digestive Biscuits
- 200g of butter
- 20 cubes of Kiri cheese
- Milk
- White sugar
- A minimum of 1 (red coloured) box of gelatin (preferably ‘JELL-O’)
- A can of strawberry puree
- First, break the biscuits into small bits and put them in the blender to further break them down.
- Melt 200g of butter in a pan and pour it slowly on the blended biscuits.
- Mix the butter in with clean hands and pat it down on a buttered cake pan.
- For the cheese layer, mix together 20 cubes of Kiri cheese with 2 spoons of white sugar grains and half a cup of milk.
- Once the cheese is nice and creamy, add in one box of red coloured gelatin with hot water.
- Pour the cheese layer on the biscuit layer, spreading it out evenly.
- Pour strawberry puree on top and try to spread it out evenly as well.
- Finally place it in the fridge for a minimum of 2 hours.
- Enjoy the perfect dessert for a think pink occasion!
