Boba tea, or as some may call it, ‘bubble’, is a drink that originated in Taiwan in the 1980’s. It became known as ‘bubble tea’ or ‘boba’ because of these chewy tapioca pearls that are present in the drink.

Here’s how to make it yourself!
Ingredients:
- 100g of water
- 50g of brown sugar
- Milk
Method:
- Prepare 100g of water and 50g of brown sugar in a boiling pot and dissolve them until it turns into brown syrup.
- Let it cool before using the syrup if you want cold milk tea.
- Prepare a cup with milk and ice then pour 1tbs or as much as your heart desires of the syrup.
- Mix the syrup and milk
